These terms cover LoadIN Forge, LoadIN Punch and LoadIN Card at loadinshow.com. By using them you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with Google or a sign-in code. Keep your account to yourself, and you’re responsible for what’s done with it.

Your content

What you put into LoadIN stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it to the people you share it with, and process it as needed to run the apps. Don’t add anything you don’t have the right to share, and don’t use LoadIN for anything illegal, abusive or to send spam.

Beta and pricing

Punch is free. Forge and Card are in beta and may need a beta code. Features may change while we build. If we start charging for something, we’ll tell you before it applies to you, and you can always export your shows first.

Numbers and paperwork

LoadIN helps with budgets, labor math, time cards and invoices, but you’re responsible for checking them. Rates, overtime, taxes and union rules are yours to confirm.

No warranty

LoadIN is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Keep your own copies of anything critical: Forge can export a show as a .loadin file.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, LoadIN isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data from using or not being able to use the apps.

Ending

You can stop using LoadIN anytime and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
