Privacy Policy

LoadIN is a set of apps for live events: Forge for technical directors, Punch for punch lists and Card for crew. This page says what we keep, why, and who can see it.
What we collect
- Your Google account basics. When you sign in with Google we get your name, email address and profile picture. We don’t get your password, contacts, files or anything else in your Google account.
- What you put in. Shows, schedules, crew lists, budgets, punch items, time cards, invoices, receipts and photos you add.
- What’s needed to run the apps. A sign-in cookie, and basic request logs from our host used to keep the service working and secure.
How we use it
- To run the apps: sign you in, save your work, and share it with the people you choose.
- To connect the apps: a show in Forge can send your call times to your Card, and a punch item can be linked to the person whose email matches.
- To read receipts: when you scan a receipt, the photo is read by an AI model running on Cloudflare to fill in the total, store and date. It isn’t used to train anything.
- To email invoices: when you tap Email invoice in Card, the PDF is sent to the address you type, through our email provider.
We don’t sell your information, we don’t show ads, and we don’t use it for anything other than running LoadIN.
Who can see it
- Show information is visible only to the people the show’s owner has invited, at the access level they were given.
- Your Card, time cards, invoices, receipts and phonebook are private to you unless you share them.
- In Resources, a vendor company’s name and business phone can be seen by other LoadIN users. A contact person you add at a vendor, and any personal phone number or email you add for crew, is seen only by you.
Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts the apps and stores the data, and runs the receipt-reading model.
- Google handles sign-in.
- Resend delivers invoice emails.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your information while your account is active. A show owner can delete a show, and you can delete what you’ve added. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email us and we’ll do it within 30 days. You can remove LoadIN’s access to your Google account anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Children
LoadIN is for working crew and isn’t meant for anyone under 16.
